Full time and part time paying places are inclusive of all meals and snacks. Funded places will require a contribution to meals and snacks which you will find on your fee sheet however parents will be entitled to bring a pack lunch in lieu of this. Nappies, wipes and creams are not inclusive and will need to be provided periodically by the parent/carer. Please note school trips out of the locality may incur a charge. Our pre-school is open 50 weeks per year excluding INSET days & bank holidays
FEES ARE DUE IN ADVANCE OF BEGINNING AND INVOICES ARE ISSUED IN THE MIDDLE OF THE MONTH FOR THE FOLLOWING MONTH'S PAYMENT. WE ARE UNABLE TO ISSUE REFUNDS FOR ILLNESS/SICKNESS OR HOLIDAYS. WE ARE ALSO UNABLE TO ACCOMMODATE THE SWAPPING OF DAYS DUE TO STAFF RATIOS. FEE CHANGES WILL BE COMMUNICATED WITH THE CLIENT DIRECTLY AND WILL BE EXCLUSIVELY RELATED TO THE PRE-SCHOOL’S RUNNING COSTS AND STAFFING. PLEASE NOTE FULL TIME CHILDREN WILL BE GIVEN PRIORITY IN TERMS OF SPACES.

Please email us to add your child’s name to our waiting list. Please note your child’s place will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received or confirmed by management.
We are a new pre-school and are in the process of designing both our indoor and outdoor setting. You will be welcome to view in person or request the virtual tour. Due to Covid 19 restrictions/precautions, we are currently inviting parents on an appointment only basis. Please email and we will arrange a suitable date.
Funded places do not currently require a deposit however the place may need to be confirmed by the local authority. For private customers a deposit may be required and this will be discussed with you prior to taking up a place with us. All deposits are fully refundable given two months notice (if all fees are paid and up to date). The first month's payment will be due in advance of your child beginning. Upon receipt of the code, you will be required to bring the code to us as the provider for verification along with your national insurance number, proof of address and your child's date of birth.
Once the deposit has been received you will receive an email from our administrative team confirming your child’s place.
The first few weeks are called the ’settling in‘ period and you will be welcome to bring your child and stay with them until they feel comfortable for you to leave them. Our first priority is the well-being of your child and we have staff experienced with introducing new children to our setting and guiding them to be independent and confident young learners.
